Karolina Bizub

Karolina Bizub is a leader with many years of experience in the areas of technology and business. At ING Bank Śląski, she leads the Corporate Applications Tribe, responsible for the development of corporate technologies, with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and cloud transformation.

She began her career at Credit Suisse and later gained experience in digital transformation at BNY Mellon.

For many years, Karolina has been actively promoting diversity in the IT and business sectors. Since 2024, she has been the leader of the women’s network in the financial sector in Poland within the working group on DEI at the Polish Bank Association.
