Julia Gościańska-Łowińska

Julia Gościańska-Łowińska PhD, Eng. is an expert in advanced technology development and implementation, with a career spanning over 15 years. She has held leadership roles in both research and management, including as Director of institutes within the Łukasiewicz Research Network. Her experience includes participation in numerous international consortia under the EU Framework Programmes, particularly in projects driving the digital transformation of the agri-food sector.

She is the author of several publications and patents in mechanical engineering and serves as an expert evaluator for the European Commission in the field of international projects and cascade funding (FSTP). Currently, she is the Director of the Kąkolewo Campus at Poznan University of Technology and a researcher at the Institute of Robotics and Machine Intelligence PUT. She also acts as the European Space Agency (ESA) Phi-Lab Poland Local Manager and is a member of the Polish Space Professionals Association (PSPA).
