My name is Bartosz and I am a Senior Software Development Manager at Dell Technologies. I have more than 20 years of experience in software development in different teams and organizations. I love my job as a leader, but I was not a manager from the beginning. I started my journey as a science researcher and changed my career path to IT. I worked in validation, moved to development and eventually became a technical leader.
