I'm experienced Engineering Manager, Software Program and Validation Manager with 13+ years of involvement in SW development, validation, customer support and integrated delivery. With my can-do attitude I took full responsibility for delivering complex projects supporting Ethernet and storage products for global customers. I believe in people-oriented management, where every individual's potential is valued and nurtured. My every day motivation is to help create work environment that inspires collaboration and innovation. Together with my team we shape and define the future of storage technologies! After hours I'm either flying a glider, taking part in dancing lessons, watching David Lynch movies or enjoying cooking.
