With a solid educational background in industrial management from Abertay University and AGH University in Krakow, I have contributed to the tech industry since 2008. I began my career as an executive assistant and advanced to a business controller, enhancing my skills in financial and operational analysis for strategic decision-making.
For the past eight years, I have led a department of 20 engineers at Ericsson's R&D center in Krakow, emphasizing career advancement and competence development. My role includes managing the end-to-end development and maintenance of our product, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and securing necessary funding. I take pride in supporting women in key roles within my project, such as project managers, test managers, and technical experts.
As a leader, I am committed to fostering knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement within my team and across Ericsson. My goal is to align business priorities with technical excellence, ensuring customer value and long-term strategic success.
Passionate about empowering women in technology, I am eager to share my experiences and insights to inspire the next generation of leaders.
