Katarzyna Walczyk-Matuszyk

Driven by a passion for innovation and international collaboration, I serve as Vice-President of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for High Technologies and Deputy Head at the Centre for EU Research Programmes (IPPT PAN). I lead high-impact initiatives such as the Horizon Europe widerAdvance Facility, and previously coordinated NCP_WIDE.NET and NCP_WIDERA.NET. At the helm of Poland’s Innovation Coach project, financed by the ERDF, I support institutions in unlocking the EU funding potential of Polish companies. I advise on EU policy through boards such as ERA-LEARN and Future 4 PRIMA, and represent the RMA community at the EU level as Associate Ambassador for the RMA Roadmap.

With roots in NCP Poland since 2008, I’ve shaped over 50 EU projects and served as a National Delegate and expert for Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe. A key milestone: contributing to €120M in successful Polish Teaming for Excellence projects. Former President of the TOP 500 Innovators Association, I’m also a proud alumna of Stanford’s elite Top 500 Innovators Program.
