Agnieszka Łukaszczyk

Dr. Agnieszka Łukaszczyk is the Founder & CEO of hiALtitude Consulting and a recognized leader in space policy and government affairs. Previously, she served as Vice President for Government Affairs, EMEA at Planet, shaping strategic partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She also held key roles at the European Commission, contributing to space policy and Earth observation initiatives. Her leadership spans corporate, governmental, and non-profit sectors, including roles as Brussels Office Director at the Secure World Foundation and research fellow at the European Space Policy Institute. She has been actively involved in the Space Generation Advisory Council as Executive Director and Chair. Currently, Dr. Lukaszczyk chairs the Sustainability Task Force at the International Astronautical Federation (IAF), promoting long-term space sustainability. She is a published author, speaker, and lecturer at leading universities and international forums. Dr. Lukaszczyk holds a PhD in Space Security from the Polish Defence Academy and has studied at institutions including Oxford University’s Said Business School, American University, and the Warsaw School of Economics.
