Paweł Kaczmarek

During his over 25-year career, he has held various positions – both in IT and Business.

He has worked in roles related to software development, infrastructure, technology and corporate architecture, security, as well as building and managing technology teams in the financial sector.

For the past 11 years, he has specialized in cybersecurity, where the main goal was to build cybersecurity and CISO functions, as well as a culture of security, first for two insurance companies. Since 2023, he has been responsible for cybersecurity and IT risk at ING Bank Śląski.

His main areas of professional interest include identity management, threat analysis, technology risk management, and infrastructure security.

Outside of work – he “risks” annoying his family and neighbors by playing drums as a hobby.
