Ewelina Wachulec

Hi there! I'm Ewelina, and my whole career in tech is about building innovative solutions with great teams, with recent focus on automation, innovation, and AI in software engineering. At Dell Technologies, I’m responsible for CI/CD and lead a global team of DevOps engineers in Europe and the US, working on ObjectScale – a technology designed to handle massive amounts of object data. I also serve as the Site Lead for Dell Unstructured Data Storage Engineering Group in Poland and co-create our local AI Innovation Hub at the R&D Center in Poland.

Previously, I delivered global programs driving innovation in the areas of Industrial IoT R&D, Supply Chain, E-commerce and Customer Service.

I focus on creating environments where engineering teams can collaborate, innovate, and bring new ideas to life. I’m deeply engaged in mentoring and leadership coaching – supporting both early-career professionals and experienced leaders in unlocking their full potential. I'm also on a constant mission to attract more women to tech. Off the clock, I’m a proud mom, a dog lover, a SUP enthusiast, and a seasoned traveler with over 50 countries explored and a travel bucket list that keeps getting longer.
