Marta Bachniak-Bieleś

With over 20 years of experience, she has made significant contributions in a traditionally male-dominated field. As the Head of Business Consulting at Transporeon - a Trimble Company, she leads the implementation of IT solutions for transport management. Her academic background includes a Master's degree in Economics and International Relations and postgraduate studies in enterprise logistics systems, both from the University of Economics in Cracow.

Her career includes managing logistics operations at an international food producer, where she coordinated logistics networks across multiple factories and warehouses. In addition to her industry work, Marta is passionate about education and empowerment. She lectures at The School of Management and Banking in Cracow, inspiring the next generation of leaders.
