Kira Nowicka

I joined Nordea in 2015 starting as a sourcing professional in Consultant Services team. After a few years, I moved to Technology Business Services team to develop and support various projects in Technology division. Since 2022, I am working as a business analyst and deputy head of Technology Students & Talent Services team, onboarding and supporting young talents. I am also a member of Employer Branding Ambassadors community representing Nordea on various events, conferences and fairs, trying to spark interest in the company and advertise our good experience.

Outside of work, I am an uncurable book lover, like getting lost in forests and spending time cooking French meals with a glass of a good wine. I am a mother to a 5-year-old daughter Zoe, a Sheltie dog named Scotty and a ginger cat named Rico. I live with my family in Gdańsk.
