Marta Kłosowska

With nearly 15 years of experience in project management on an international level, Marta is now exploring her career in a new area – IT. For the past two years, she has been working as a Senior IT Service Coordinator in NATEK, currently managing network server upgrades for clients from the banking sector. Her soft skills and understanding of those who seek mentorship and guidance (especially as she is also a licensed guide in her hometown – Wrocław), inspired her to kick-off knowledge transfer initiatives at work, helping onboard new colleagues and share best practices as a senior team member.

Coming from a non-technical background, Marta believes that in a field as dynamic and diverse as IT, a key to open the door to a successful career is having a courage to take risks and staying agile.
