Olga Dyka

I was born and raised in Ukraine, where I studied linguistics—back then, never imagining that I would one day help lead a global tech company. Over 25 years ago, I moved to Germany and began a professional journey that took me through various industries and ultimately into the world of software development. For more than 11 years, I’ve been part of JetBrains, and today I serve as Managing Director of our German office. My path into tech leadership hasn’t been traditional, and I see that as a strength. I bring a human-centered, curious, and cross-disciplinary perspective to every challenge—shaped by a deep belief in listening, fairness, and continuous growth.
