Responsible for building and running JetBrains newest technology center in Poland.
Has decades of experience in project management running projects in many countries around the world.
Managed and grew big IT organization.

For many years, he has been initiating and actively supporting projects aimed at equal opportunities for men and women on the labor market, especially in the IT industry. He is the initiator of programs in the field of Diversity & Inclusion and acted as a mentor in many internship programs for women.



In 2016, he was awarded the title of "Mister STEM" by the "Perspektywy" Foundation for consistently supporting women in IT.



In his free time, he indulges in the passion of photographing planes (plane spotting).
