Katerina Lenkevich

With a career bridging the creative and technical worlds, Katerina is a seasoned program leader driving global, seven-figure initiatives. She manages complex programs that unite cross-functional teams across continents—ensuring strategic alignment, mitigating risks, and delivering results.

Before entering tech, she spent 13 years in television as a producer, director, and editor. Inspired by digital transformation, she pivoted to IT, earning a postgraduate degree in IT Resource Management from the Warsaw University of Technology and certifications including PSM I & II, SPS, PAL I, Scrum Product Owner, and Agile PM Foundation.

Katerina is known for her strong soft skills, stakeholder management, and ability to foster motivated, collaborative teams. She leads programs through their full lifecycle while mentoring others and championing continuous learning.
