At T-Mobile, they are responsible for organizational culture and inclusion. They facilitates, educates, and developes strategies. Previously, they led the Market Research Team at T-Mobile and managed multidisciplinary projects portraying Polish society, as well as innovations in trend research, ethnographic studies, and behavioral analysis.

They are a board member of the Anti-Discrimination Education Society, a member of T-Mobile's Equal Treatment Committee, and actively involved in the Magenta Pride and T Mind (neurodiversity) employee networks. TEDx speaker.
