Monika Litwiniec

I am a telecommunications engineer with a strong background in IMS and IoT solution design. My career has progressed from hands-on engineering to strategic leadership, where I now serve as a manager and architect in a high-visibility, politically complex corporate environment.

I was promoted to lead the solution design function during maternity leave, taking on leadership of a team that included more experienced colleagues—an experience that shaped my approach to inclusive and empathetic leadership. I am passionate about building effective, future-ready technology teams and mentoring the next generation of women in tech.
