Kalina Mikiewicz

Based in Warsaw, Poland, Kalina is responsible for providing overall HR leadership for over 7,000 employees in Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Greece and Slovenia across all Honeywell businesses. Central Eastern Europe is a strategic geography for Honeywell with Hubs - Global Centers of Excellence and Global R&D centers being located in here and continuously growing.

Kalina joined Honeywell in October 2023. Previously she worked for almost 19 years in British American Tobacco in various HR roles: country and area leadership roles. Talent Acquisition and Development as well as M&A Integration.  Most recently she served as Head of HR for Germany and Central Europe North, covering: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland and Baltics.  

Privately, she is a mother of 3 awesome kids. She loves enjoying life, sharing a laugh, discovering new places, cultures and tastes; cycling through the forest and immersing self into books & arts.
