Joanna Janek-Grodecka

After graduating with a master's degree from the AGH University of Science and Technology, Joanna held a variety of IT positions during her 17-year tenure at Philip Morris International (PMI). She is currently responsible for deployment of biggest organizational change within PMI IT which focuses on reinstating the Service Manager role, and bringing excellence to services [2500+ service portfolio] focusing on Top Critical Ones.

Data and solution driven, Joanna is always on the hunt for improvements and strategies to deliver the best customer value and actively contribute to the company’s smoke-free transformation.

Adhering to the principle that "the most important company assets are people”, she prioritizes collaboration, innovation and trust in the teams she grows and leads.

Dedicated to fostering growth in others and serving as a leader in the IT Hub Women in Tech Lean in Circle, Joanna aspires to leverage her experience and openness to spark meaningful conversations during her mentoring sessions at the 2025 Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit.
