Judith Kreukels

Judith Kreukels is an Advisor for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the Dutch Research Council Institutes (NWO-I), where she strengthens DEI policy across nine national research institutes. She also serves as Head of Programmes & Partnerships at Women in Quantum Development (WIQD), leading initiatives to connect and support gender minorities in the quantum sector. Judith has extensive experience managing EU-funded research projects at the University of Amsterdam and advocating for human rights and healthcare access at AFEW International. She is passionate about fostering inclusive environments in science and technology.
