Mikołaj Olszewski

I am a Senior Software Engineer at Amazon Development Center, working on Neural Text To Speech solution which can be run on resource constrained devices. I spent most of my professional life on Machine Learning projects, starting from implementing standard algorithms, through their creative modification, to the creation of the first Auto ML solution in Poland operating in the Software as a Service model. In the meantime, I co-created the first European remote laboratory at the Faculty of Physics of the Warsaw University of Technology, thanks to which it was possible to conduct remote physical experiments with the use of real apparatus just using a web browser. For over 20 years I was an active instructor of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association, in which, working voluntarily with fantastic people full of passion. I am also involved in large-scale educational projects that improve the quality of teaching children and youth in Poland.
