Ethnically Korean and raised in Kazakhstan, Evelina’s worldview expanded at 16 when she studied in the U.S. through the FLEX program, fostering adaptability and empathy. She later studied organizational management in Russia, where volunteering deepened her passion for meaningful, people-centric work.

Starting as a junior recruiter at JetBrains in 2018, she now leads a hiring stream, partnering with teams to attract top talent. Skilled in interviewing, CV consulting, and career guidance, she approaches each conversation as a learning opportunity—believing great hires stem from trust and collaboration.
