Marta Wrzesinska

I am a Software Development Manager with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. During my career I have worked in various positions, including Software Engineer, Project Manager and Team Manager. I have gathered experience from multiple areas like aviation, finance, automotive and artificial intelligence. I have worked with both big (40+ engineers) and small teams, with software engineers, devops engineers, UX designers and user researchers. In my work I strive to apply best practices coming from Agile Methodologies, Management 3.0, but also from the corporate world, like PMI and SAFe. For me there is no one solution that would fit everyone. In the teams I manage, I put a lot of focus on diversity, gathering people with different backgrounds. To build great software, it is not enough to work only with software engineers.
