Hey, I'm an IT professional with a decade of experience in the intelligent automation space. I've worked for both consultancy firms and on the client side, gaining valuable insights across various industries such as logistics, law, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and shared services. My focus is on driving process improvements using the best available tools.

Throughout my career, I've worked extensively with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence (BI) and data modelling. Currently, I'm concentrating on low-code tools like Power Platform. I've participated in several projects aimed at establishing global Centers of Excellence to enhance processes and scale operations through the implementation of citizen development concepts, governance and best practice over the automation platforms.
