Jolanta Bodzioch

Hello! My name is Jola, and I have 9 years of experience in IT recruitment. Over the years, I’ve had numerous opportunities to assist women in transitioning into the tech industry. Working in a multinational environment has significantly broadened my perspective on the importance of inclusiveness and diversity.

In addition to my role as a Senior IT Recruiter, I am HR Mentor in the Dare IT program, where I support women in navigating and advancing their careers in the IT field. I’m also actively involved in mentoring students—offering resume guidance and conducting mock interviews.

I hold a postgraduate degree in career counseling, which enables me to more effectively support others in planning and developing their career paths.
