As a certified QA Test Management Expert and SAFe Consultant, I've conducted quality audits and supported process improvement initiatives throughout my career.I led transformational changes by implementing Scaled Agile Framework methodologies across organization. My passion for knowledge sharing drove me to found 3QA, a community dedicated to testing and quality assurance in IT, and Improve IT, which focuses on breaking down silos and facilitating cross-role communication in IT projects. For over a decade, I've organized various events including presentations, workshops, conferences, and open-space sessions with a team of volunteers under both initiatives.Outside of technology, I'm an enthusiastic Slow Jogging trainer, Buteyko breathing method practitioner, nature lover, and cultural explorer. I find joy in my family life as a happy wife and mom to Piotr and Aleksandra.‎
