Agata Hajduga is the founder and CEO of the Mentoring F2F Foundation (Mentoring Female 2 Female), which partners with leading Polish technical universities to support female STEM students at the start of their careers. The program has already helped 125 women through mentoring and coaching. Agata holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from AGH University and completed postgraduate studies in negotiations at Harvard Law School. In 2023, she received the prestigious "Crystal St. Barbara" award from AGH for her outstanding work in mentoring. She was also a finalist for the Telstra Business Women's Awards and received the Bechtel Engineering & Technology Innovation Award. Professionally, she has held leadership roles at BHP Group, Boeing Defence Australia, and Bechtel Corporation, where she worked on major international engineering and transformation projects. Agata is passionate about education, gender equality in STEM, and helping young women thrive in technology through personalized development programs.
