Georgy Kornakov is an Associate Professor at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he is actively involved in multidisciplinary research on quantum technologies and their applications in frontier physics. He serves as a member of the Scientific Council of the Excellence Center of Quantum Technologies (C-QuaNT) at WUT. Dr. Kornakov is one of the coordinators of the newly created DRD-5 Collaboration at CERN, focusing on the development of quantum sensors. He is also a member of the ALICE experiment at the Large Hadron Collider and the AEgIS collaboration, which explores the fundamental properties of antimatter. Additionally, he is one of four Polish representatives on the European Committee for Future Accelerators (ECFA).
