Paulina Chatys-Kuźniewicz

Paulina is an experienced Product Manager with over 11 years of expertise in product management and Agile development. She is currently part of the product team at Allegro, and has previously worked at leading tech and media companies including Booksy, Pracuj.pl, Wirtualna Polska, Agora, and Docplanner.

With a strong background in managing complex projects, Paulina thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. Before transitioning to IT, she built her career in marketing, advertising (both in-house marketing teams and advertising/media agencies), and film production, giving her a unique cross-disciplinary perspective. 

She holds academic degrees in philosophy and psychology, and has completed postgraduate studies in UX Design and Project Management. Currently, she is pursuing clinical psychology studies, reflecting her continuous passion for learning and growth.
