Aleksandra Murawiecka

Aleksandra Murawiecka is an HR Business Partner at Lingaro, currently leading a team of amazing women. With a background in recruitment and previous experience as a Recruitment Team Leader, she has spent the past nine years working in various HR roles within the IT industry. Her focus lies in combining effective business support with creating an open, people-centered work environment. She strongly believes that the human perspective should always be present in strategic decision-making and enjoys contributing her voice in shaping inclusive business practices.

As a member of Lingaro's Pride Group, Ola was involved in developing its strategy and now also acts as a Person of Trust, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ topics. She is passionate about building workplaces where everyone feels safe, respected, and free to be themselves.
