Monika Malinowska-Błaszczak

Monika's journey in the telecommunications industry began in 2006, and her fascination with technology continues unabated. She leverages experience gained in Customer Service, Networks, and Marketing to better understand customer expectations. She's developing her leadership potential, and the opportunity to learn drives her actions.

Since 2019, she has actively worked to increase women's representation in technology through various bottom-up initiatives. Monika is also engaged in workplace diversity promotion, advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusivity at Orange.

In collaboration with her colleagues, she co-created the "Be Yourself" program, which was subsequently adopted by company management.
