Inez Beszterda-Świderska

Inez is a Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Expert, who manages GIS in the in Orange Poland Mobile Network Development department. She conducts advanced spatial analyses supporting decision-making as well as creates and implements the strategy for the development of GIS tools and systems in the unit. Inez actively promotes the idea of GIS also through participating in numerous industry conferences at both the national and international levels. Graduate of geoinformation at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and Erasmus scholarship recipient at the Univeristy of Portsmouth in the UK, postgraduate of Data Science at Warsaw University of Technology. Since 2019 she has actively worked to increase the number of women in technology through different projects supporting women in STEM. Inez is also engaged in initiatives to promote diversity in the workplace, advocating for inclusivity within the LGBTQ+ community ‘Be yourself’ at Orange.
