A dedicated and lifelong learner, throughout my career, I've embraced continuous personal and professional development, from teaching and translation to software development leadership. After starting as a high school foreign language teacher, my passion for doll-making took me to international shows as a translator and later led to a huge and never-ceasing interest in management. This combination facilitated my transition to IT management, where I currently lead a department of amazing specialists who make sure our products are the best in the market, compliant with jurisdictions’ requirements and guarantee smooth and enjoyable experience for end users. My work ethos is centered on motivation and engagement, values that align with my current role at Evolution. My journey illustrates the power of adaptability, resilience, and the belief that anything is possible if you pursue it with passion and commitment.
