Marcin Paszkowski

Marcin is Country Head of Markets and Securities Services Technology at HSBC Poland, where he has been working since 2017 in several technical and managerial roles. Currently he leads the department of over 450 tech people, bringing expertise in financial services, workflow automation and informed decision-making.

He is passionate about continuous improvement and effective communication. Outside of work, he is a music enthusiast.
