Over the course of my career, I have managed teams of 250+ people and overseen budgets exceeding $200M, delivering cutting-edge solutions that impact millions of users worldwide.

My leadership has been instrumental in delivering complex, high-profile projects, including:

• UBS – Payment verification system
• Liberty Global (UPC) – Horizon4 and Horizon GO platforms
• Amazon Web Services – Billing and Cost Management console

I serve as the Head of Data Technology at HSBC, where I lead the data department, define and implement technology strategy in Europe, and drive AI adoption across the organization. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, and strategic leadership skills, I focus on fostering innovation and implementing transformative change.
