Izabela Karolczyk-Szafrańska

Izabela joined InPost Group in 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer. Since July 2022, she has also been a member of Integer.pl's Board of Directors and since September 2023, as Chief Marketing & ESG Officer, she comprehensively manages the ESG area at InPost Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, management and building CX - positive customer experience with a brand. She was previously involved in the entertainment industry as marketing and PR director at Cinema City and Cineworld Group. She also gained marketing experience at Unilever working on brands such as Lipton, Amino, in addition to Bakalland and Kamis-Przyprawy. She is currently involved in the development of all InPost Group brands.
