Katarzyna is an experienced insurance executive and certified Project Manager (PMP) with over 20 years in the industry. She currently leads the Business Strategy and Analytics Division at ERGO Technology & Services, a leading IT solutions provider for the insurance sector.

Over the years, she has led a wide range of cross-functional projects that span technology, legal, sales, insurance product development, and process improvement. Her core competencies include strategy development and execution, data analysis and visualization, digital transformation and automation, and project and portfolio management.

Katarzyna is passionate about fostering collaboration and alignment between IT and business, creating value-added and customer-centric solutions, and supporting the growth and development of teams through mentoring.
