Patrycja Walencik

Patrycja is the AI Product Manager at Zendesk, one of the world's leading customer service solutions. She develops innovative AI-powered solutions to improve customer service and knowledge management within organizations.

With a background in UX and digital product design, she brings over a decade of experience in the technology industry. Her previous work includes groundbreaking projects in the telecom sector, such as Orange Flex. Patrycja is also a mentor, guest lecturer (SWPS, DSW) and consultant for NGOs. As a jury member of the Mobile Trends Awards, she helps to recognize the most innovative mobile applications in Poland.

Outside of work, Patrycja is passionate about wine tasting and just seeking adventures, sharing her explorations on Instagram.
