Alice G. Lampe

My name is Alice and I’m the Cyber Skills Development Manager. I’ve worked for Standard Chartered GBS Poland for over 5 years now, but I haven’t always been in Cyber. I joined the Property Team and then decided that I wanted a different career path and started in Resilience. My work in Resilience was around creating trainings/e-learnings, managing the projects from start to finish and more. I spent over 2.5 years in Resilience before I started in Cyber. Here I work on upskilling/reskilling Cyber colleagues, whether that’s through various platforms or leading workshops - both on managing career growth, as well as with various SMEs on different Cyber-related topics. I ensure that both our tech-savvy and less Cyber-experienced colleagues are trained in protecting the Bank from Cyber threats and keeping ourselves and the Bank Cyber safe. I’m also working on becoming the learning ambassador for Women In Cyber in the Bank, and trying to empower the female colleagues in their own personal growth. Before working at the Bank, I studied Criminology, and my previous roles were often centred around leading/training/teaching others (I’m also a qualified lifeguard and ski-instructor!).
