Ewa Skarbowska

I am currently the Director of the Software department at Aptiv, leading software teams responsible for car diagnostics, ethernet communication, functional safety, as well as the delivery department for driver monitoring cameras. During my career, I have had the occasion to look at products from different perspectives: software quality, software project management, and industrialization of products as a project manager, and finally, for the past 8 years, in various line management positions in the embedded software world. Even after all these years, I am still looking forward to discovering something new in my daily job.

Privately, I am a mom of two teenagers. I am passionate about quantum physics, skiing, and gardening.
