Witold Sobolewski

Dr. Eng. Witold Sobolewski is an expert in digital forensics, founder of VS DATA, and a member of the RR.team. He has over 17 years of experience delivering expert analyses for law enforcement, private companies, and public institutions in the areas of data recovery, digital forensics, and post-incident analysis. He has authored more than 6,000 expert reports and serves as a court-appointed expert in digital forensics at the Regional Court in Gdańsk, now in his third term. Dr. Sobolewski holds multiple international certifications, including CFCE, ACE, and CCFE (digital forensics), CDRP (data recovery), and CMFF (mobile device forensics). He is a lecturer of postgraduate programs at Lazarski University in Warsaw (Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity Management) and at the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia (Cybersecurity). As a certified trainer with niebezpiecznik.pl, he delivers professional courses in digital forensics and mobile device analysis. He also lectures at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, where he educates judges and prosecutors on the technical aspects of combating and preventing cybercrime in a non-technical, accessible way. .
