PhD Magdalena Wróbel-Lachowska is a researcher and educator at the Institute of Applied Computer Science, Lodz University of Technology. With academic roots in engineering, economics, and sociology, she focuses on human-computer interaction, ergonomics, and human factors in anthropotechnical systems. She actively promotes accessibility and the social impact of digital technologies, especially for people with disabilities and older adults. She is also an advocate for lifelong learning and innovative teaching methods like PBL and CBL. As host of the podcast "Sztuczna inteligencja po ludzku", she translates complex topics about AI and digital transformation into accessible language. Magdalena was recognized among the Top 100 Women in Data Science in Poland (2024) and serves as a mentor in the national Women in Science! program by Perspektywy, inspiring the next generation of women in STEM.
