Weronika Głowadzka

Weronika works at the Łukasiewicz Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics, where she specializes in the processing of semiconductor structures. She is also a final-year PhD student at Lodz University of Technology, focusing on subwavelength gratings and other photonic designs. She enjoys connecting simulations with nanofabrication and exploring tech applications that shape our future. She is also and ambassador of Women in Science program.
