Anna Maria Krautwurst-Stanek

A specialist in the Hot Rolling Mill in ArcelorMittal Poland, currently focused on Integrated Management Systems and Environmental Protection. She acts as an internal auditor for the Integrated Management System, supporting operational compliance and continuous process improvement.

She began her career in the steel industry in Quality and Product Development Department for flat products. Responsibilities included product development (including automotive sector), certification and homologation. Later she became involved in
efficient inventory management minimizing potential loses.

Graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków with degrees in Technical and IT Education and Materials Engineering. Her academic interests included magnesium alloys, biomaterials, and composites. Additionally, she holds a teaching qualification obtained through a pedagogical training program. It included school-based teaching practice and experience that contribute to well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
