Wojciech Gola

Key expert at the The Educational Research Institute - National Research Institute (IBE PIB).

He has worked extensively in the field of learning and education as a social researcher, trainer, university teacher and project coordinator. Since 2018, he has been working at the IBE on projects supporting the development of systemic solutions for skills development and qualification achievement and recognition in Poland. He coordinated the research "Educational pathways of adult learners in Poland" aimed at identifying and analysing the educational pathways of adults who are actively learning. In the project "Microcredentials - piloting a new solution to support lifelong learning", he is responsible for developing standards for the design, description and quality assurance of microcredentials.
