At BlaBlaCar, I’ve worked across 12 countries and led initiatives in operations development, transformation, and workforce management for 6 customer support teams. I’m a Certified Scrum Master (PSM) and Google-certified Data Analyst, with a strong focus on Agile methodology and the Scrum framework — both in team settings and personal workflows. Beyond that, I’m deeply committed to digital education. I’ve designed 2 online courses in 2 languages and delivered 30+ training sessions in 3 languages, helping students and future trainers grow their confidence and skills in tech.
