Tetyana Doroshenko-Kacperska

Tetyana has been working at the National Information Processing Institute since 2017. She began her career as a Java developer and has served as a team leader since December 2022.
She is responsible for selected projects within the POL-on system—the central source of information on science and higher education in Poland. Her responsibilities include the development, maintenance, implementation, and rollout of key changes in the "Students", "Study Programmes", and "Doctoral Schools" modules. She also serves as the DevOps specialist within her team.
She holds certifications in SCRUM Master (PSM I), Agile PM Foundation (APMG), and DevOps Foundation (DevOps Institute). Tetyana earned her MSc Eng. in Computer Science from the University of Information Technology and Management, and completed postgraduate studies in IT Resource Management at Warsaw University of Technology.
