Aga Swiatowa

Aga's impressive academic background includes a degree in computer science from Wrocław University of Technology, an EMBA from Oxford Brookes, a design thinking certification from MIT, and product management from Stanford.

Aga is a global mentor, dedicated to supporting tech managers. Her career journey includes executive roles at Siemens, HP, Nestlé, Discovery, and at the LEGO Group.

She is an experienced executive in complex, global environments with a strong network in the corporate market, a public speaker, and a lecturer. She has expertise in media management, full stack development, and design-led product innovation. Aga has lived and worked in 7 different countries. 

Aga is also a thought-provoking publisher at Harvard Business Review Polska blog (now ICAN).

As a founder of Women in Big Data Poland, she brings executive coaching acumen and thought leadership to empower others. Aga's highest achievement is being a mother to her 15-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter.
