With a background in aviation engineering and over a decade of experience in aircraft maintenance, continuing airworthiness management and technical operations, Katarzyna Karolczyk combines hands-on technical expertise with a strong focus on leadership, lean strategy, and operational excellence. She began her career in maintenance organization, working across various roles and gaining a deep, practical understanding of aircraft maintenance from the ground up. Currently, she serves as Director of Technical Operations Support at LOT Polish Airlines, where she bridges engineering and business - leading multidisciplinary teams, negotiating technical contracts, and aligning maintenance with both operational and financial goals. Katarzyna holds degrees in finance, logistics, and aviation engineering. Passionate about building effective systems and empowering people, she brings a holistic view of how technical performance supports business success for airline.
