Coming from a non technical background with almost 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management at large corporations like Citibank and Standard Chartered Pati has a number of transformation programs to attribute to her successful career. Starting the career from a junior BA positions and climbing the corporate ladder all the way to executite director position. Pati has managed IAM standardization, remediation, improvement and transformation program all around the globe making the organizations more secured, better controls as well as balancing the UX.
